Refund policy

L'Atelier De La Vie is confident that you will like our products, should they be utilised as they are intended to be. 

Payment should be processed immediately and the files will be able to be downloaded directly from the checkout page or via email after purchase.

In some instances it may take 2-3 business days for payment to be processed, however if you still do not recieve the files after this time make sure to get in contact with us so we can work to rectify the issue directly.

All products are exactly as described on their respective pages and cannot be individually customised for purchase. L'Atelier De La Vie does not take any responsibility for failure to read product descriptions. 

Please note that all orders are non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.
